Join the InterContinental Dubai Marina team as a Hostess, providing a warm and sophisticated welcome to guests in a five‑star luxury hotel restaurant environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle phone calls, answer guest queries, and manage restaurant reservations.
• Seat guests, take initial drink orders, and ensure prompt, polite service throughout the meal.
• Engage with guests to confirm satisfaction with food and service, and address any complaints.
• Assist the restaurant manager with daily operations and support other restaurant positions as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar hospitality role.
• Strong communication skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Passion for hospitality and food with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Positive, approachable personality with a hands‑on leadership style.
