Hostess – Luxury Resort Guest Service

About the role

The Hostess will be the first point of contact for guests at the BVLGARI Resort in Dubai, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth seating experience. You will maintain the dining area’s appearance, support guests throughout their visit, and uphold the resort’s high standards of service and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, determine party size, and seat them at clean, properly set tables.
• Arrange tables, chairs, and settings, and accommodate groups with special needs.
• Monitor dining‑room cleanliness, safety, and guest well‑being, following clean‑as‑you‑go procedures.
• Maintain current, tidy menus and ensure each place setting includes a napkin, clean silverware, and other standard items.
• Follow all company, safety, and security policies; report accidents or unsafe conditions.
• Maintain a professional appearance, answer telephone calls courteously, and support team members to achieve shared goals.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and lift objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
• Clear, professional communication skills and a courteous telephone etiquette.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and protecting company assets.
