Host/Hostess for Private Members Club

About the role

The Royal Stables Private Members Club in Abu Dhabi is seeking a polished and engaging Host/Hostess to create an exceptional first impression for members and guests. This full‑time position involves managing arrivals, seating, and personalised service in a high‑end hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests warmly, ensuring a seamless arrival experience.
• Manage reservations, seating plans, waitlists and table allocations to optimise service flow.
• Recognise returning members, their preferences, special occasions and VIP requirements.
• Provide accurate information and timely updates during busy periods.
• Coordinate with Food & Beverage and Culinary teams to ensure smooth seating and table readiness.
• Maintain accurate reservation and member data with discretion and confidentiality.
• Answer enquiries about menus, club facilities, events and experiences.
• Support resolution of member and guest feedback promptly and professionally.

Required profile

• Diploma or relevant qualification in Hospitality or a related field (preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in a host/hostess, guest relations or premium customer‑facing role, ideally within a private members club or luxury dining setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle high‑pressure situations.
