Hotel Cleanliness Expert – Dubai Investment Park

About the role

The Guest Environment Expert ensures the entire hotel environment is clean, well‑maintained and ready to deliver a memorable experience for guests. Based at Delta Hotels in Dubai Investment Park, you will uphold Marriott’s high standards of cleanliness across guest rooms, corridors, lobbies and other public areas while providing prompt service to guest requests.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, corridors, lobbies and other public spaces in accordance with brand quality standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, restock housekeeping carts, and replenish supplies such as linens and amenities.
• Perform routine inspections of public areas to identify and report maintenance or safety issues.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to coordinate guest services and ensure a seamless experience.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk, sit and move for extended periods while performing physical tasks such as lifting, carrying and pushing objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Commitment to safety, confidentiality, professional appearance and high‑quality standards in all interactions.
• Capacity to work independently, take initiative and adapt to varied shift patterns, including weekends and holidays.
