About the role
Our Guest Environment Experts go beyond simply providing a clean room; they create memorable experiences for guests by maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of the hotel. In this role you will work across guest rooms and public areas, ensuring every space reflects Sheraton’s high standards.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver guest requests promptly and stock housekeeping carts with necessary supplies.
- Clean guest rooms, corridors, lobbies and other public areas to uphold a pristine environment.
- Follow safety procedures, company policies and quality standards while performing duties.
Required profile
- Commitment to a safe workplace and adherence to all company policies and procedures.
- Professional appearance, uniform compliance and clear communication with guests and team members.
- Physical ability to stand, walk for extended periods and lift objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
