Hotel Cleanliness Expert – Guest Environment Specialist

About the role

The Guest Environment Expert ensures that every area of the hotel, from guest rooms to public spaces, is clean, well‑maintained and ready to deliver a memorable experience. This full‑time role combines housekeeping duties with guest service, requiring a proactive and detail‑oriented approach.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver guest requests promptly and stock housekeeping carts with necessary supplies.
• Clean and maintain guest rooms, corridors, lobbies and other public areas to the highest standards.
• Report maintenance issues and ensure all equipment is used safely.
• Replenish housekeeping supplies and manage inventory as needed.

Required profile

• Maintain a safe workplace, follow company policies and uphold confidentiality.
• Adhere to quality standards and present a professional uniform, appearance and communication.
• Be reliable, punctual and able to work independently while collaborating with the team.

Required skills

• Ability to stand, sit, walk for extended periods and perform hands‑on tasks.
• Lift, carry, push, pull and place objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Move and reposition furniture safely and use cleaning equipment correctly.
