About the role
As a Guest Environment Expert at Westin Dubai Marina, you will create memorable experiences by ensuring every guest space is spotless, welcoming, and aligned with the brand’s wellness focus. This full‑time role involves a blend of room cleaning, public area upkeep, and responsive guest service.
Key responsibilities
- Clean and prepare guest rooms, including making beds, replenishing amenities, and maintaining high hygiene standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, corridors, and restrooms.
- Respond promptly to guest requests, delivering items and fulfilling service needs.
- Stock housekeeping carts and manage inventory of cleaning supplies.
- Adhere to safety protocols, company policies, and confidentiality requirements.
Required profile
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Capability to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
- Professional appearance, uniform compliance, and clear communication.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
