About the role

The Guest Environment Expert at Aloft Dubai is responsible for creating a memorable and unique experience for guests through meticulous housekeeping. This role goes beyond cleaning rooms; it ensures the entire hotel environment supports a high‑quality guest stay.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver guest requests promptly and stock housekeeping carts with necessary supplies.
• Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to the brand’s standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of back‑of‑house areas such as laundry and storage rooms.
• Assist with inventory management of housekeeping supplies.
• Uphold safety, confidentiality, and company policies while performing duties.
• Report maintenance issues promptly to ensure swift resolution.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk, and lift objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Professional demeanor with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Commitment to a safe work environment and adherence to all health and safety regulations.
• Willingness to collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance guest experience.
