About the role
The Guest Environment Expert at Sheraton Dubai ensures every guest space is immaculate and welcoming. This full‑time position involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness across rooms and public areas while delivering memorable guest experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms, corridors, and public areas according to brand standards.
- Respond to guest requests promptly, restock carts, and manage housekeeping supplies.
- Move, lift, and carry objects up to 50 lb without assistance while adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain confidentiality, follow company policies, and uphold professional appearance and communication.
Required profile
- Ability to stand, walk, and be on feet for extended periods.
- Physical capability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lb.
