About the role
Join Le Méridien in Dubai as a Guest Environment Expert, responsible for delivering a memorable and unique experience for every guest. You will maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel, ensuring high standards of hygiene and service.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver guest requests promptly and courteously.
- Stock cleaning carts and supplies throughout the property.
- Clean guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house spaces to Marriott quality standards.
- Follow all safety, company policies, and confidentiality procedures.
- Maintain professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication.
- Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting, and moving objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
Required profile
- Commitment to a safe workplace and adherence to policies.
- Ability to uphold quality standards and maintain confidentiality.
- Professional demeanor with appropriate uniform and communication.
- Physical stamina to be on feet for extended periods and handle manual tasks.
