About the role

The Guest Environment Expert Lead ensures the entire hotel environment meets Marriott’s high standards of cleanliness and guest experience. This role combines hands‑on housekeeping duties with coordination of guest requests, cart stocking, and public‑area upkeep.

Key responsibilities

Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of guest rooms, public spaces, and back‑of‑house areas.
Respond promptly to guest requests, stock housekeeping carts, and ensure all areas are well‑supplied.
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 50 lb without assistance while adhering to safety protocols.
Uphold company policies, confidentiality, uniform standards, and professional communication at all times.

Required profile

Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and perform physical tasks safely.
Commitment to maintaining a safe workplace, following procedures, and delivering consistent quality.
Professional appearance, reliable attendance, and strong work ethic.
