About the role
Join Four Points by Sheraton on Sheikh Zayed Road as a Guest Environment Expert, responsible for delivering a memorable and unique guest experience through impeccable cleanliness and service.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of guest rooms, public areas, and hotel facilities.
- Respond to guest requests, stock carts, and ensure all housekeeping tasks are completed efficiently.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 50 lb without assistance while adhering to safety standards.
Required profile
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods, standing, sitting, or walking.
- Commitment to safety, company policies, confidentiality, and professional appearance.
Required skills
- Basic physical handling of items weighing ≤ 50 lb.
- Understanding of housekeeping standards and procedures.
