About the role

As a Hotel Cleanliness Expert, you will ensure that all public areas of the Westin Dubai Marina are spotless, welcoming, and safe for guests. You will be part of a team dedicated to delivering a memorable guest experience through meticulous housekeeping and attentive service.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of lobbies, corridors, elevators, and other public spaces.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and service calls.
• Stock cleaning carts and supplies, ensuring they are ready for use.
• Follow safety procedures and lift, carry, or move objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Adhere to company policies, confidentiality standards, and uniform guidelines.

• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods.
