Hotel Cleanliness Expert – Room Attendant

About the role

Our Guest Environment Experts go beyond simply cleaning rooms; they create memorable, personalized experiences for guests at Ajman Saray, a Luxury Collection Resort. In this full‑time role you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas while delivering attentive service.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, ensuring beds are freshly made and amenities are stocked.
• Maintain public spaces, corridors, and service areas to the resort’s high standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and restock housekeeping carts.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Follow safety procedures, company policies, and confidentiality guidelines at all times.
• Uphold professional appearance, uniform standards, and clear communication with guests and team members.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods while performing duties.
• Physical capability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds unaided.
• Commitment to a safe workplace and adherence to company policies.
• Maintain confidentiality and present a professional appearance at all times.
