Hotel Driver – Luxury Guest Transportation

About the role

The Hotel Driver is responsible for providing safe, reliable, and professional transportation services to hotel guests, management, and colleagues. The driver represents the hotel at all times and is expected to deliver a high standard of luxury hospitality while ensuring guest comfort, safety, and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Safely transport guests, VIPs, executives, and colleagues to and from the hotel, airport, and other designated locations.
• Provide courteous airport transfers and hotel transportation services.
• Assist guests with luggage and personal belongings when required.
• Maintain a high standard of guest service to create a positive first and last impression.
• Drive hotel vehicles responsibly, complying with UAE traffic laws and hotel safety policies.
• Check and maintain vehicle cleanliness, safety, fuel level, and overall condition before and after each shift.
• Report any vehicle defects, accidents, or maintenance needs promptly to the relevant department.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, mileage, and fuel consumption.

Required profile

• Valid UAE driving license with an excellent driving record.
• Previous experience as a hotel driver, chauffeur, or similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel.
• Good knowledge of Abu Dhabi roads, major attractions, and airports.
• Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and excellent customer‑service skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, public holidays, early mornings, and late nights.
