Hotel Receptionist – UAE National

About the role
We are looking for a friendly and professional Hotel Receptionist to be the face of our hotel in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. You will ensure guests enjoy an exceptional experience from check‑in to check‑out.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly, manage check‑in and check‑out processes with accuracy.
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and provide information on hotel amenities and local attractions.
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfil guest requests, process payments and manage guest accounts.
- Maintain a neat front‑desk area, answer calls courteously, and promote hotel facilities through up‑selling.
Required profile
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong customer‑service focus.
- Attention to detail, problem‑solving ability and capacity to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken) and cultural sensitivity to serve an international clientele.
