About the role

Join Hilton’s hospitality team as a Safety & Security Officer, delivering memorable experiences while ensuring the safety and security of guests and property.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct security patrols to monitor interior and exterior hotel premises, identifying and addressing safety and security risks.
• Assist with investigations by gathering information, documenting findings, and reporting security incidents.
• Maintain accurate documentation, preparing and verifying security reports and records.
• Respond to emergencies, including safety hazards, fires, medical incidents, and security threats.
• Provide exceptional guest assistance by responding to inquiries and concerns professionally and efficiently.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in administrative work.
• High level of interpersonal skills in both oral and written communication.
• Previous experience in an administrative role is desirable.
• Effective time management and ability to follow directions.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, supervisory, and administrative capabilities.
