About the role

The Guest Environment Expert creates memorable, unique experiences for hotel guests by maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of all hotel spaces. This role blends housekeeping duties with a focus on delivering personalized guest requests and upholding high standards of presentation.

Key responsibilities

Deliver guest requests promptly and courteously.
Stock carts and supply areas to ensure readiness for service.
Clean guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house spaces to Marriott quality standards.
Maintain the overall appearance of the hotel, supporting the brand’s visual style.
Follow safety procedures, company policies, and confidentiality guidelines.
Ensure personal uniform, appearance, and communication remain professional at all times.

Required profile

Ability to stand, walk, sit, or move for extended periods.
Physical capacity to lift, carry, push, pull, or place objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
Commitment to a safe workplace, quality standards, and confidentiality.
Professional demeanor with appropriate uniform and personal appearance.
