Hotel Support and F&B Marketing Coordinator

About the role

Reporting to the SVP of Food & Beverage, the Hotel Support and F&B Marketing Coordinator will drive and coordinate marketing initiatives for Raffles and Fairmont properties across the region. The role supports hotels in executing brand‑aligned F&B marketing strategies, activations and guest‑engagement programmes that boost revenue and commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate hotel support for F&B matters across operating and pipeline hotels.
• Liaise with hotels on day‑to‑day F&B operations, marketing initiatives and performance analysis.
• Implement F&B marketing strategies, campaigns and promotional calendars.
• Organise hotel activations, events and guest‑engagement programmes.
• Support social‑media, digital marketing and loyalty initiatives in partnership with brand and marketing teams.
• Benchmark global F&B marketing trends, share best practices and support portfolio‑wide initiatives.
• Track campaign performance, identify revenue and engagement improvement opportunities.
• Prepare F&B marketing readiness for hotel openings and renovations.
• Maintain relationships with owners, investors, asset managers and hospitality advisors.
• Represent the brand at global events and industry groups.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years experience in F&B, hospitality marketing or commercial roles.
• Exposure to F&B marketing, activations and guest‑engagement practices.
• Hospitality, marketing or business qualification (e.g., Hotel School, Marketing degree).
• Strong leadership, creativity, collaboration and results‑driven mindset.
• Excellent communication, project‑management and analytical skills.
• Commercial and financial acumen with data‑driven decision making.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and influence diplomatically.
