Hotel Support & F&B Marketing Coordinator

About the role

Working closely with the SVP, VPs and Directors of Food & Beverage, you will drive and coordinate F&B marketing initiatives across operating and pipeline hotels. You will support hotels in executing brand‑aligned marketing strategies, activations and guest‑engagement programmes that boost revenue and commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate hotel support for F&B matters across the portfolio.
• Liaise with hotels on day‑to‑day F&B operations, marketing initiatives and performance analysis.
• Implement F&B marketing strategies, campaigns and promotional calendars.
• Organise hotel activations, events and guest‑engagement programmes.
• Support social media, digital marketing and loyalty initiatives in partnership with brand and marketing teams.
• Benchmark trends, share best practices and support portfolio‑wide marketing initiatives.
• Track campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve revenue and guest engagement.
• Maintain relationships with owners, investors, asset managers and hospitality advisors.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in F&B, hospitality marketing or commercial roles.
• Exposure to F&B marketing, activations and guest‑engagement practices.
• Qualification in Hotel Management, Marketing or Business.
• Strong leadership, creativity and collaborative mindset.
• Results‑driven, organised and excellent communication skills.
• Project management and commercial/financial acumen.
• Analytical, data‑driven and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Innovative, diplomatic and influential approach.
