Housekeeper – Workshop & Facility Cleaning

About the role

The Housekeeper will ensure a clean, safe, and hygienic environment within Abu Dhabi Motors' workshop and surrounding service areas in Al Ain. This role supports daily operations by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and complying with health and safety regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and mop workshop floors, removing oil, grease and debris.
• Sweep service bays, walkways and technician areas to keep workspaces tidy.
• Wipe down tools, workbenches and equipment as instructed.
• Collect, separate and dispose of waste, handling hazardous materials safely.
• Maintain hygiene in restrooms, staff rooms and common areas, replenishing supplies.
• Assist with vehicle set‑up and post‑service cleaning.
• Follow safety procedures for chemicals and wear required PPE.
• Report maintenance needs, supply shortages and keep basic cleaning records.

Required profile

• 0–3 years of experience in workshop or industrial cleaning (automotive preferred).
• Basic understanding of cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
• Strong work ethic, reliability and ability to work as part of a team.
• Commitment to health, safety and hygiene standards.

Required skills

• Operation of floor scrubbers.
• Use of vacuum cleaners.
• Safe handling of cleaning chemicals.
• Proper waste handling and disposal.
