Housekeeping Attendant – Female Only (Myanmar, Vietnamese, Indonesian)

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated female Housekeeping Attendant to join our hotel team in Abu Dhabi. The role involves maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a comfortable stay for our international guests, particularly those speaking Myanmar, Vietnamese or Indonesian.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, suites, bathrooms, corridors and public areas according to company standards.
• Make beds, change linen, replace towels, dust, polish furniture and vacuum/mop floors.
• Replenish guest amenities, toiletries, minibar items and housekeeping supplies.
• Inspect rooms and areas for cleanliness, order and readiness for occupancy.
• Handle guest belongings and confidential information with discretion.
• Report lost property, maintenance defects, safety hazards and guest concerns promptly.
• Use cleaning chemicals, equipment and linen safely and efficiently.
• Maintain housekeeping trolleys, storage rooms and work areas in an organised condition.
• Collect, sort and deliver soiled and clean linen following hygiene procedures.
• Respond courteously to guest requests and refer issues to the supervisor.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Housekeeping Attendant, Room Attendant or similar role is preferred.
• Ability to communicate in English and preferably Myanmar, Vietnamese or Indonesian.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Discretion when handling guest belongings and confidential information.
