Housekeeping Attendant

About the role

Beach Rotana Abu Dhabi is looking for enthusiastic Housekeeping Attendants to join its hotel team. You will play a key part in delivering exceptional guest experiences by maintaining clean, comfortable, and well‑presented rooms and public areas.

Key responsibilities

• Receive daily work assignments, keys and supplies, and sign the key log accurately.
• Clean guest rooms and bathrooms, including making beds, washing sinks, bathtubs, toilets, tiles, mirrors, and floors.
• Vacuum carpets, dust and wipe furniture, empty ashtrays and wastebaskets, and polish brass or metal fixtures.
• Replenish bathroom and room supplies, arrange guest toiletries neatly, and spot‑clean carpets as needed.
• Keep fire exits, stairways, corridors, service pantries and service areas clear of obstructions and litter.
• Report any maintenance issues immediately and inform valet service for laundry or dry‑cleaning requests.

Required profile

• Vocational training in hotel housekeeping is preferred.
• Good command of English is an advantage.
• Friendly, caring, and culturally sensitive with a strong customer‑service mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
