About the role

The Housekeeping Attendant, also known as a Guest Environment Expert, is responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel. This includes cleaning guest rooms and public areas, stocking service carts, and responding to guest requests to create a memorable experience. The role requires adherence to safety standards, company policies, and professional presentation at all times.

Key responsibilities

  • Ensure guest rooms and public spaces are cleaned to the brand’s quality standards.
  • Restock and organize housekeeping carts and supply areas.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and deliver requested items.
  • Move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects up to 50 pounds without assistance.
  • Follow all safety procedures, confidentiality policies, and uniform standards.

Required profile

  • Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods while performing physical tasks.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and upholding quality standards.
  • Professional appearance, punctuality, and respect for guest privacy and confidentiality.
