Housekeeping Attendant

About the role

The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms at Rixos Premium Dubai JBR. You will follow brand standards to ensure each room is ready for guests, providing a comfortable and welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform full cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, making beds, removing soiled linen and replenishing supplies.
• Vacuum rooms, clean bathrooms, interior windows, and ensure all surfaces meet brand quality standards.
• Use “cleaning in progress” signs, keep doors closed, and coordinate with room service for tray removal.
• Maintain and organize linen closets, supply rooms, and equipment, emptying vacuum cleaners when full.
• Report room status, equipment issues, health and safety hazards, and any suspicious activity to supervisors.
• Handle lost‑and‑found items according to security procedures and assist guests courteously.

Required profile

• High school diploma or vocational training with at least 1 year of work experience.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Previous experience in a luxury hotel environment is desirable.
• Friendly, pleasant disposition and high personal grooming standards.
