Key responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms, corridors, public areas and pantries to the hotel’s high standards.
• Verify room condition, report any maintenance issues to the supervisor, and ensure all equipment is functional.
• Provide turn‑down service and replenish guest supplies as required.
• Answer guest inquiries courteously, offering information or extra items, and refer complex requests to the appropriate department.
• Maintain cleanliness of housekeeping equipment and storage areas.
• Control inventory of guest and cleaning supplies to optimise costs.
• Record completed assignments and update guest preferences in the system.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within a luxury 5‑star hotel.
• High school education or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving ability and adaptability in a fast‑changing environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic or French is a plus.
• Team‑player attitude with good interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments.
