Housekeeping Attendant – Luxury Resort in Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Attendant to join the team at Meliá Desert Palm, a luxury urban resort in Dubai. The role involves maintaining immaculate guest rooms, villas and public areas, ensuring a welcoming environment for our international guests.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms, villas and public areas according to Meliá standards.
• Handle guest requests promptly and maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation.
• Manage room keys, report maintenance issues and ensure proper handling of lost and found items.
• Coordinate with other departments such as minibar and engineering to keep guest areas in excellent condition.
• Support sustainability initiatives by conserving energy and reducing waste.

Required profile

• Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards.
• Positive attitude with a passion for guest service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
