About the role
Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Housekeeping Coordinator to join its housekeeping team at the upcoming luxury resort in Dubai.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare daily reports and updates, handle calls, requests, and follow‑ups.
- Use Opera/FCS1 to track room status, service and maintenance requests.
- Coordinate with Front Office on room status, priorities and manage room assignments.
- Control master keys, track on‑loan items and manage pest complaints or missing item logs.
- Maintain leave records, monitor sick calls and ensure proper shift handovers.
Required profile
- Fluent in English with at least 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in hospitality or luxury environments.
- Previous housekeeping experience is preferred.
- Strong communication, organization and ability to work accurately in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Opera property management system.
- FCS1 housekeeping management system.
- Microsoft Office suite.
