About the role
The Luxury Collection seeks a Housekeeping Coordinator to ensure guest spaces are clean, welcoming, and aligned with the brand’s luxury standards. This role involves hands‑on housekeeping duties and supporting guest experience throughout the hotel.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver guest requests promptly and efficiently.
- Stock carts and maintain housekeeping supplies.
- Clean guest rooms and public areas to high quality standards.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
- Follow safety procedures, company policies, and confidentiality guidelines.
- Maintain professional uniform, appearance, and communication at all times.
Required profile
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods, standing, walking, or sitting.
- Commitment to a safe workplace and adherence to quality standards.
- Respect for guest privacy and confidentiality.
