About the role
The Guest Environment Expert at The Ritz‑Carlton Abu Dhabi Grand Canal ensures every guest space is clean, welcoming and reflects the brand’s high standards. This role goes beyond basic housekeeping, creating memorable experiences through attentive service and meticulous attention to detail.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver guest requests promptly and courteously.
- Stock and maintain housekeeping carts and supplies.
- Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to the brand’s standards.
- Inspect rooms for quality, report maintenance issues, and ensure safety compliance.
- Assist with turn‑down service, linen replacement, and minibar replenishment.
Required profile
- Commitment to a safe workplace and adherence to company policies.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold quality standards.
- Professional appearance, uniform compliance, and clear communication.
- Physical capability to stand, walk, lift and move objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
