Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms to the highest brand standards.
• Vacuum, mop, and tidy corridors and public floor areas assigned.
• Follow Lost and Found procedures for any items left behind.
• Report safety hazards, maintenance issues, and lost items promptly.
• Inspect and manage linen quality and placement.
• Keep the housekeeping trolley and pantry area clean and organized.

Required profile

• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong customer‑service orientation.
• Attention to detail and high standards of hygiene.
• Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• At least 1 year of experience in the hotel industry.
