Housekeeping Room Attendant – Luxury Hotel

About the role

The Ritz‑Carlton Abu Dhabi, Grand Canal is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Room Attendant to deliver the brand’s renowned Gold Standards of service. You will play a key part in creating memorable guest experiences by ensuring rooms and public areas are immaculate, well‑stocked, and ready for guest arrival.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and turn guest rooms, including making beds, replenishing amenities, and ensuring overall room presentation meets luxury standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of public spaces, corridors, and service areas.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, delivering items such as towels, toiletries, and other amenities.
• Stock housekeeping carts and manage inventory of cleaning supplies.
• Follow safety procedures, company policies, and confidentiality guidelines at all times.
• Uphold professional appearance, uniform standards, and courteous communication with guests and team members.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk, sit, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Capable of lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Commitment to a safe work environment and adherence to quality standards.
• Professional demeanor, reliable attendance, and willingness to work flexible hours.
