About the role

The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi, Grand Canal is seeking a Housekeeping Room Attendant to uphold the Gold Standards of service. The role involves maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a memorable experience for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver guest requests promptly and courteously.
• Stock and replenish housekeeping carts.
• Clean and prepare guest rooms, ensuring fresh bedding and immaculate presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness of public spaces throughout the hotel.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.
• Uphold confidentiality and professional appearance, including uniform standards.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting and moving objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Contribute to the overall Guest Environment by adhering to the Ritz‑Carlton Gold Standards.
