Housekeeping Supervisor – 5 Star Resort

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Housekeeping Supervisor to join the team at Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island, a 5‑star beachfront resort in Ras Al Khaimah. The successful candidate will support the housekeeping department, ensure high standards of cleanliness across guest rooms and public areas, and drive continuous skill development among the team.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily cleaning operations for guest rooms, corridors, stairwells and back‑of‑house areas.
• Maintain and monitor the quality of public and service areas to meet guest expectations.
• Provide on‑the‑job training, refresher sessions and SOP reinforcement for housekeeping staff.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Prepare and submit accurate reports using the department’s IT systems.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Supervisor or Shift Leader in a 5‑star hotel or resort, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong team‑management and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive team player focused on continuous improvement.
• Good administrative and IT competence for reporting purposes.
