Housekeeping Supervisor

About the role

Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead a team in delivering the hotel’s renowned luxury standards. The role reports to the Housekeeping Manager and ensures all assigned areas are maintained to the highest level of cleanliness and presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the hotel’s image by ensuring a neat appearance, correct uniform wear and adherence to personal hygiene policies.
• Control key procedures and manage daily planning for room assignments, turn‑down attendants, evening cleaners and housemen.
• Inspect day service and turn‑down service rooms daily and complete evening check‑lists.
• Coordinate closely with Front Office regarding late arrivals, early arrivals, VIP rooms and special requests.
• Provide performance feedback to the Housekeeping Manager.
• Check equipment and pantry cleanliness at shift end and ensure proper storage of guest and cleaning supplies.
• Oversee handover between morning and evening shifts, ensuring all instructions are communicated.
