About the role
The Housekeeping Supervisor will lead the housekeeping team at Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort, ensuring all public, guest‑facing and back‑of‑house areas are impeccably clean and meet health and safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of all public, guest‑facing and back‑of‑house areas at all times.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements.
- Enforce departmental SOPs and LSOPs among staff.
- Coach, orient and develop new team members through ongoing training.
- Manage relationships with suppliers and oversee linen, uniform and inventory records.
- Control lost‑and‑found processes and maintain accurate logs.
- Monitor and adjust par levels for linen, towels and uniforms.
- Foster a motivational work environment and positive inter‑departmental relations.
- Train staff to become multi‑skilled across all housekeeping functions.
- Implement measures to minimize material and amenity wastage.
- Maintain proper key controls and manage overtime effectively.
- Support special projects, new property openings and VIP guest requirements.
