Housekeeping Supervisor

About the role

The Housekeeping Supervisor oversees daily housekeeping operations at Topgolf Abu Dhabi, keeping guest-facing and back-of-house areas clean, hygienic and well presented. The role involves supervising housekeeping attendants, carrying out inspections and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for guests and associates.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team, assign duties and monitor performance.
• Inspect guest areas, restrooms, offices, dining outlets and back-of-house facilities regularly.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Train, coach and develop housekeeping associates, and manage schedules, attendance and staff deployment.
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies, chemicals, equipment and linens, and report maintenance issues to the Engineering team.
• Handle and store cleaning chemicals and equipment properly, and support recruitment, onboarding and performance evaluations.
• Maintain records, reports and cleaning checklists, and assist with deep cleaning and special events.

Required profile

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in hospitality, leisure, entertainment or a similar environment.
• Experience leading and motivating multicultural teams.
• Good communication skills in English; basic computer knowledge for reporting and scheduling.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

• Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning methods and safety standards.
• Leadership, attention to detail, time management, problem-solving and customer service orientation.
• Ability to work under pressure.
