Housekeeping Supervisor – Jumeirah Mina Al Salam

About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Supervisor – Housekeeping to join Madinat Jumeirah. You will lead a team of housekeeping attendants, ensuring the resort’s standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction are consistently met.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping attendants and ensure daily services are completed efficiently and to hotel standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, corridors, public areas, and back‑of‑house areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards.
• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors, manage housekeeping resources, and maintain accurate records of deep‑cleaning activities.
• Ensure housekeeping equipment is properly maintained and manage the secure distribution and control of master keys.
• Handle guest complaints professionally, following SOPs and escalating issues to the Executive Housekeeper or Housekeeping Manager when required.
• Support team training and performance evaluations while coordinating with Front Office, Engineering, and F&B to ensure smooth hotel operations.

Required profile

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or a related field is desirable.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Creative and guest‑focused, with the ability to develop ideas that enhance the guest experience.
• Strong ability to train, motivate, and support team members.
• 3–5 years of experience in a housekeeping role within a luxury hotel.
