About the role
The Housekeeping Team Leader is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest journey by leading the housekeeping department. You will ensure service standards are met, handle guest concerns promptly, and communicate daily priorities to the team.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and supervise day‑to‑day housekeeping operations, ensuring friendly and engaging service.
- Handle guest concerns quickly, coordinating with relevant areas to guarantee memorable moments.
- Communicate daily priorities to staff to personalize service.
Required profile
- Service‑focused personality.
- Previous experience in a similar leadership role is an asset.
- Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities, leading by example.
Required skills
- Experience with Opera or a related property management system.
