Housekeeping/Public Area Attendant – Luxury Residential Property

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Housekeeping/Public Area Attendant to join the team at a prestigious residential property in Dubai. The role supports the luxury standards of a sister concern of Palazzo Versace Dubai, ensuring public spaces are immaculate and welcoming for residents.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain public areas such as lobbies, corridors, elevators, staircases, and restrooms.
• Dust, polish, and keep all surfaces, furniture, and decorative features free of grime.
• Monitor and restock cleaning supplies, reporting any maintenance issues promptly.
• Ensure all cleaning activities comply with health and safety regulations.
• Respond quickly to residents’ requests and report incidents or irregularities to the supervisor.
• Maintain high cleanliness standards in line with the property’s luxury positioning.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned.

Required profile

• Previous experience in housekeeping or public‑area cleaning, preferably in a hotel or residential setting.
• Good communication skills and a customer‑friendly attitude.
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
