Houseman – Luxury Hotel Housekeeping

About the role

The Houseman joins the Guest Environment team at The Ritz‑Carlton Abu Dhabi Grand Canal, delivering the high‑standard hospitality experience expected of a luxury property. This full‑time position involves maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms, public areas, and service carts.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, ensuring all amenities are stocked and presented to brand standards.
• Maintain public spaces, corridors, and service areas in immaculate condition.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and deliver items such as turndown service, extra linens, or amenities.
• Stock and organize housekeeping carts, ensuring supplies are readily available.
• Follow safety procedures, lift and move objects up to 50 lb, and adhere to all company policies.
