HR & Accountant (Real Estate) – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented professional to manage both Human Resources and Accounting functions for our real‑estate business in Dubai. The role combines HR administration, payroll and compliance with day‑to‑day financial operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare employment contracts, manage visa processes, maintain employee records and oversee payroll, attendance and benefits in line with UAE Labour Law.
• Maintain daily accounting records, process invoices, payments, journal entries, manage accounts payable/receivable, perform bank reconciliations and support monthly financial reporting and budgeting.
• Handle VAT documentation, assist with VAT filing and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–4 years of UAE experience performing both HR and accounting duties, preferably in the real‑estate sector.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, payroll processing and VAT regulations.

• Salary AED 5,000 – 6,000 per month.
