HR & Administration Officer (Middle Management)

About the role

A growing hospitality team in Abu Dhabi is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented HR & Administration Officer at middle-management level. The role covers recruitment, employee onboarding, policy implementation and general HR administration, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination and onboarding of new team members.
• Ensure company policies and procedures are implemented and complied with.
• Facilitate structured onboarding programs so new employees integrate smoothly.
• Help handle employee concerns and escalate workplace matters to senior management when needed.
• Support planning and execution of company events, engagement activities, training sessions and seminars.
• Maintain accurate employee records in line with UAE labor regulations.
• Coordinate with department heads on manpower planning and workforce needs.
• Prepare HR reports and help with other administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5-6 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality or F&B.
• Experience in recruitment and employee engagement initiatives.
• Experience supporting multi-cultural teams in hospitality operations.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional, confident and discreet with confidential information.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR best practices.
• Ability to influence and support team leaders effectively.
