HR Analyst – Manpower Planning & Compensation

About the role
The HR Analyst will support Crescent Petroleum in aligning its workforce with strategic objectives. You will be responsible for manpower planning, compensation design, and delivering data‑driven HR insights.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse current manpower inventory and forecast short‑ and long‑term staffing needs.
- Develop and maintain organisation charts and participate in HR budget planning.
- Support the design and implementation of compensation and benefits strategies, including wage structures and pay‑for‑performance programmes.
- Monitor market trends and competitor benefit schemes to recommend competitive reward packages.
- Prepare HR reports, proposals and best‑practice recommendations based on industry trends.
- Stay updated on HR policies, systems and trends to advise on organisational development.
Required profile
- Degree in Business Management or Human Resources.
- HR professional certification (CIPD or SHRM) preferred.
- 2‑3 years of broad HR experience, preferably in oil & gas or a similar sector.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent data‑analytics capabilities.
