About the role

GMS Dubai is seeking a well‑organized and detail‑oriented HR Assistant to support the Human Resources department with staff documentation, employee records, and daily administrative activities. The role involves maintaining accurate employee records while ensuring smooth coordination and follow‑up with staff members.

Key responsibilities

  • Handle and follow up on KHDA portal requests for teachers.
  • Assist with teacher registration and required documentation through the KHDA portal.
  • Organize and maintain employee files and staff records.
  • Support Orison staff registration and update employee information.
  • Follow up with teachers regarding missing documents and required information.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department for daily operations.

Required profile

  • Previous experience in HR or school administration (preferred).
  • Experience with KHDA portal processes (advantage).
  • Knowledge of Orison (advantage).
  • Strong documentation and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and follow‑up abilities.
  • Previous experience in a Dubai school environment (preferred).
