HR Assistant / HR Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for a proactive HR Assistant / Recruiter to manage end‑to‑end recruitment for junior to mid‑level positions and support daily HR operations. The role is based in Dubai and involves close collaboration with hiring managers and new‑hire onboarding teams.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
• Prepare offer letters, manage joining formalities and support visa, medical, Emirates ID and labor card processes.
• Maintain employee files, HR documentation and update HR systems.
• Assist with attendance, leave records and payroll inputs while ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Detail‑oriented with good organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of UAE labour regulations and visa procedures is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience using recruitment platforms such as Naukri and LinkedIn.
• Familiarity with HR documentation and record‑keeping.
