HR Assistant

About the role

FITT Meals is looking for a motivated HR Assistant to support its growing team in the United Arab Emirates. You will handle day‑to‑day HR administration, coordinate recruitment, onboarding and off‑boarding processes, and keep HR systems up to date.

Key responsibilities

• Recruitment Support: post vacancies, screen CVs, conduct initial calls, schedule interviews, track candidate drop‑off reasons, prepare offer letters and update the hiring system.
• Onboarding Support: collect new‑joiner documents, prepare onboarding checklists, set up HRIS profiles and biometric attendance, share welcome materials and schedule 30/60/90‑day check‑ins.
• Off‑boarding Support: maintain off‑boarding checklists, collect resignation documents, coordinate clearance with managers, IT, finance and operations.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year of HR experience.
• Familiarity with UAE labour law and visa compliance documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple HR processes simultaneously.
