About the role

The Arbor School in Dubai is looking for a motivated UAE national to join its team as an HR Assistant. The role supports the school’s ecological and sustainability vision while handling day‑to‑day HR administrative functions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee records and HR files.
• Assist with recruitment processes, including posting vacancies and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate onboarding, training, and staff development activities.
• Support payroll preparation and benefits administration.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour regulations and school policies.
• Contribute to sustainability initiatives by promoting eco‑friendly practices within HR operations.

Required profile

• UAE national with the right to work in Dubai.
• Proactive, organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
