HR Associate – HR Operations & Employee Relations

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented, proactive HR Associate to join our Human Resources team in the United Arab Emirates. The role supports day‑to‑day HR functions and manages the employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding through engagement, performance management, payroll coordination and off‑boarding.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily HR operations, providing guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, payroll, benefits and general queries.
• Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, personnel files and HR system data.
• Coordinate the monthly payroll process, ensuring attendance, leave, overtime, deductions and salary changes are correctly processed.
• Monitor attendance, leave and working hours, keeping records up to date.
• Support employee relations by handling concerns, grievances and disciplinary matters confidentially.
• Coordinate employee benefits such as medical insurance and allowances, liaising with external providers as needed.
• Assist with onboarding, internal transfers, promotions and the off‑boarding process, including final settlement coordination.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain trackers for headcount, payroll, attendance and other HR metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations, generalist or similar role.
• Strong understanding of payroll coordination, attendance and leave management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
