HR Business Partner – Chinese Speaking

About the role

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will act as a strategic operational partner for a leading private investment firm operating across multiple sectors. The role owns core HR functions such as performance management, compensation & benefits, employee relations, compliance, and organizational change, while ensuring alignment with UAE labour laws.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain scalable performance management frameworks (KPIs/OKRs) and manage bi‑annual and annual evaluation cycles.
• Partner with line managers on performance improvement plans and talent recognition.
• Evaluate and refine compensation and benefits structures to ensure market competitiveness across Dubai and international entities.
• Review and enhance employee benefit programs, health insurance, wellness perks and incentive schemes.
• Develop and execute employee recognition programs to boost retention and morale.
• Serve as primary point of contact for employee relations, conduct confidential investigations, mediate conflicts and resolve grievances.
• Design and deliver employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs and feedback surveys to foster an inclusive culture.
• Review, update and draft HR policies, employee handbooks and SOPs in line with UAE labour laws and international best practices.
• Conduct internal HR compliance audits and ensure regulatory adherence across all business entities.
• Drive HR digitalisation, improve employee experience, streamline processes and support data‑driven decision‑making.
